The room was exactly the same as the pictures. Great view of the lake! It is near a main road which worried me slightly, but with the doors closed at night there was surprisingly no noise. The bed was great too. Oh and the rooms have carpet! Don't underestimate how rare and how nice a change it is to have carpet in Vietnam. The best included breakfast buffet of the whole trip too I think. So many choices! The location is perfect for walking around the lake area. Good value, nice hotel and wished we could have stayed another night, but it was fully booked.

The hotel is in an elevated location with a very nice lake view and pleasant surroundings. It's convenient, being within walking distance to restaurants and local small shops on the other side of the lake. They include a good buffet breakfast with mainly local items. You can order an upgraded coffee like cappuccino for about $2 USD. My cappuccino was very well made with care - kudos to the barista. Most staff members are very pleasant and helpful. The low room rate makes this property very good value.

I stayed on the third floor at the back of the building, and it was very quiet. No road noise or construction. I could take hot showers. The curtains helped to keep the room warm throughout our stay. We're very happy with the cleanliness of the room and the beds. It was a quick check-in and check-out process with no waiting line. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet as long as you arrive early. After 7am, there are so many people and we noticed there were more limited food choices.

Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The staff are excellent - kind, friendly and ready to assist you with anything you need. Highly recommended if you are staying in Dalat. Thank you!

We rent the hotel car for 2 days tour and it's perfect, the driver (Mr. Thai) is very approachable and kind. He gave suggestions and it seems good. Will Highly be recommended.
